Week 1: Team Building & Goal Setting

Kick off the program by connecting with the cohort and setting clear, actionable goals. Define your OKRs for the next quarter so you’re working with focus and direction from day one.

Week 2: Customer Discovery

Apply "Disciplined Entrepreneurship" to go beyond assumptions to clearly identify and understand your target customer.

Learn about the "Jobs to be Done" framework and conduct customer interviews to discover key customer insights and buying triggers.

Week 3: Value Proposition and Strategic Positioning

Translate customer insights into a sharp value proposition and clear positioning.

Understand your competitive landscape and clearly articulate what sets your startup apart.

Walk away with messaging that articulates why your startup matters, who you’re for, and how you stand out in a crowded market.

Week 4-6: Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Sales Process

Identify and prioritize your top Go-to-Market motions.

Design how you attract, engage and delight customers using HubSpot's "Flywheel" methodology.

Map your customer journey end-to-end and build a repeatable acquisition process, including outreach and follow-ups you can actually use. Additionally, craft a compelling sales deck and narrative that converts.

Week 7-8: Marketing Strategy & Execution

Define your brand DNA, create a structured content strategy, a craft a monthly social media calendar. Remix existing content like newsletters, videos, or documents into blogs, social posts, and multi-channel assets with BonBillo's AI Agents.

Develop website content and marketing collaterals that clearly communicate your value and drive conversion.

Week 9-10: Business Model & Financial Projections

Pitch your startup at Demo Day in Singapore to a curated group of investors and partners, and receive direct feedback to support your fundraising journey.

Price of $4,999 includes co-working space, events and excursions. It excludes flights to Mumbai, Bengaluru and Singapore, accommodation, daily food and commute.

We invest $15,000 in your social impact startup at your current valuation. If we are the first investor, we typically take 0.5 - 2% equity in exchange for the investment. Every offer is tailored to your stage of progress, ensuring alignment with your growth journey.

Equity Back Guarantee:
In order to reduce risk for entrepreneurs, we offer an equity back guarantee subject to certain limitations. Teams may repurchase their equity stake at the purchase price within 3 days after the end of the Accelerator program if they deem that the program has not provided value to their company.
