The Disciplined Entrepreneurship framework, Flywheel, and the Sprint framework were broken down in ways that made sense to each one of us. Understanding our company's mission and our customers' needs through a wider lens has been enlightening. Narrowing down our focus to what truly matters has been transformative. It's amazing how clarity can emerge when we prioritize and streamline our efforts. BonBillo helped me effectively communicate our impact in our pitch, and how it drives our revenue growth. But perhaps the most profound lesson has been about setting the core of our company and staying true to our values. BonBillo Impact Accelerator was an eye-opener! As a founder working on my third startup, I was eager to learn and grow in Impact space. Bonbillo was just the place! With 12 teams, all of us keen on making the world a better place in line with the United Nations’ goals, the energy was off the charts. Our mentors were not just training; they were genuinely (and literally) invested in our dreams. It felt like building a support system rather than just attending the cohort. We ingeniously crafted our vision into a tangible roadmap in just two action-packed weeks. What's more, the networking and collaboration did not stop at learning. I'm exhilarated to share that we closed deals with 3 clients and generated a pipeline that would keep us on our toes for the next 2 months. This was a side benefit that exceeded my expectations!
