Over the last month, our community startups completed milestones to design their customer acquisition process. They leveraged BonBillo's AI agents to build a repeatable sales process, craft their marketing strategy, and design their content creation process.

New Agent Launches  🤖

Craft your Sales Script AI Agent
- This agent creates adaptive sales call scripts based on the type of meeting (Cold phone call, scheduled online call, in-person meeting), the meeting objective (discovery, demo, pitch product, etc.), and the desired outcome. It uses the target customer profile and all relevant decision-maker roles to shape the opening, key questions, objection handling, and next steps. The agent focuses on guiding real conversations - not rigid scripts - by anchoring on the buyer’s core problem, tailoring language to each decision-maker, and ending with a low-friction micro-commitment that moves the deal forward.

B2B Sales - Email Nurturing Sequence - This agent designs personalized B2B email nurturing sequences using your startup details, target audience, recipient information, and call-to-action preferences. It analyzes the recipient’s and their company’s LinkedIn presence to tailor messaging, selects the most relevant outreach angles, and produces a 7-step email nurturing flow with subject lines, key messages, timing, and CTAs for each step to guide prospects toward engagement and conversion.

The 5 Pillars of Pre-seed Investing with Hustle Fund’s Haley Bryant

We recently sat down with Haley Bryant, Partner at Hustle Fund, for a session with the BonBillo community. Haley shared her perspective on what pre-seed investors are actually looking for in 2026, why "boring" industries are sexy again, and how to navigate an AI-first world.

Here are the key takeaways from Haley's insights:

1. Execution: It’s all about consistent, 1% forward progress. Hustle Fund looks for founders who have already started building, even if it's a "broken MVP in a garage."

2. Team: Who are the people behind the idea? They back founders with an "earned secret" - deep, lived experience that provides a unique insight into a problem.

3. Market: Large markets are great, but growing markets are even better. Haley emphasized looking for tailwinds from regulatory changes (like GDPR or the Genius Act), technological, or cultural shifts. She doesn't overlook boring industries that seem dull or outdated. Digitizing or modernizing these sectors is where the real returns are, while driving significant change.

4. Product: Perfection isn't the goal. It's about having a strong product philosophy and a customer-centric approach to solving a real problem. Building the product is no longer the hardest part. The constraint has shifted from engineering to adoption. The new defensible moats are about connection and integration: Deep customer centricity, embedded distribution, workflow integrations, and network effects.

5. Fundraisability: Can you be capital-efficient? Can you effectively attract the capital, customers, and talent needed to grow?

Pinky Promise: Transforming Women's Healthcare with a $1 Million Boost

Pinky Promise, a platform that provides affordable, instant and reliable sexual and reproductive healthcare to Indian women, recently secured a significant $1 million in pre-seed funding. This funding round was led by the Rebalance Angel Community, with notable participation from industry veterans. The newly acquired funds will accelerate Pinky Promise's integrated offerings. Key areas of focus include the rollout of physical clinics and the expansion of their clinically-backed nutritional supplements.

Co-founded in 2020 by Divya Kamerkar and Akanksha Vyas, Pinky Promise emerged from a deeply personal need to address the gaps in India’s gynecological care system. For many women, access to gynaecological care isn’t constrained by a lack of desire - it’s constrained by time, privacy concerns, stigma, and long waiting periods in clinics. “We wanted to create a space where care feels safer — like talking to your confidential best friend,” said Divya Kamerkar.

So they built an AI-enabled, chat-first healthcare service to remove these barriers and deliver care that is immediate, judgment-free, and designed to meet women where they are. Operating in both English and Hinglish, Pinky Promise provides an affordable and private healthcare experience, starting at just Rs 99. Since its inception, Pinky Promise has made significant strides, delivering gynecological care to over 400,000 women including 40,000 paying customers across India. The impressive 97.4% customer retention rate over three months underscores the platform's strong product-market fit and the sustained trust of its users.
