Over the last month, BonBillo community startups identified their startup’s current stage, next milestones and set effective Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for Q1 2026. OKRs enables teams to focus, align, stay accountable and stretch for ambitious goals. Tarun Aleti won our Milestone Award for sharing how they approach OKRs at PartRunner.
Our startups also completed milestones from the 1st theme of Disciplined Entrepreneurship to dive deeper into understanding their customer, which provides valuable insights for product design and marketing.
New Agent Launch - Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for startups 🤖
We're delighted to have launched our latest AI agent, Objectives and Key Results for startups. Founders and teams can chat with the agent to interactively set their respective OKRs contributing towards the startups' OKRs. 🚀
OKRs aren't just a list of orders from the top. They are a "cooperative social contract." To promote engagement and ownership, teams and individuals are encouraged to create roughly half of their own OKRs. This bottom-up approach ensures that the people closest to the work have a voice in defining how progress is measured.
It shifts the dynamic from "here's what you need to do" to "here's where we're going, how can you best help us get there?" This fosters a culture of autonomy, creativity, and true accountability.

Chetan Doshi, Co-Founder and Principal at Vinner Ventures, shared his perspective on investing in early-stage startups with the BonBillo community. Vinner Ventures is a micro VC firm focusing on pre-seed and seed-stage startups across South Asia and Southeast Asia.

- Investment Philosophy: Vinner Ventures specializes in pre-seed and seed-stage investments, with an initial investment size of $25,000 to $50,000 for startups. If a startup progresses well, they are open to doubling down with follow-on funding to support further growth.
- Evaluation Criteria: Chetan looks for passionate founders who are deeply engaged with their products and open to feedback. The next crucial factor is the problem being solved - whether it’s a real problem with a viable market. Finally, operational efficiency and compliance are considered to ensure the startup can scale effectively.
- Focus Themes: Chetan expressed excitement about consumer-focused products, particularly in South and Southeast Asia, where the population offers vast market potential. He is interested in AI, although he admits it’s a complex field requiring careful navigation. FinTech, especially in payments, is another area where Vinner Ventures sees considerable opportunity.
- Recent Investments: Notable investments include a company specializing in Seabuckthorn fruit products, and co-investments in PriyoShop and Blitz alongside BonBillo Ventures Fund II.
